CHANGE AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

In Transportation Services :

No charge for change or cancellations with 24 hours notice.

24 – 12 hours notice is subject to 50% cancellations charge.

Less than 12 hours of notice or failure to appear will result in a 100% cancellations charge.

In Tours & Activities Services :

No charge for change or cancellations with 48 hours notice.

24 hours notice is subject to 50% cancellations charge.

Less than 24 hours of notice or failure to appear will result in a 100 % cancellations charge.

In Case of any official advice of Tropical Storm or Hurricane, tours could be postponed, provide with substitute services, or replaced of another option, otherwise activity will continue as programmed.

Land and Water Activities as : Los Cabos City Tour, Todos Santos Tours, Land's end Tour, La Paz Tour, Horse back riding, ATV Tours, Fishing, Snorkeling, Golfing, Scuba diving, Boating, Parasailing and any further activity or tour.

TRANSCABO is only an intermediary between the Client and the suppliers such as : Special trucks, tours, vehicles involved, side trips and water activities and shall not be liable for any injury, damages, lost of all type of items such as luggage, cameras, jackets, etc., expenses, accidents, delays inconveniences or irregularities rising out of/or related to said activity.

 

TRANSPORTATION POLICY

General Rules Details

- All private service use toll road (in/out, except early morning and late night),

- Shuttle service is depending on hours and traffic.

- All arrival transportation service include bottle of water

- Hourly and all day rent allows only inside Los Cabos area.
(Include one tank of gasoline)

- Children:

3 years and under are free of charge (without infant car seat)
Children 4-8 years are half of charge
Usage of infant car seat/car seat will apply as half of charge.
- Infant car seat/car seat are available for US$5.00 for Day, But we have very limited infant car seat/Car Seat , we suggest bring your own or make un advanced reservation and we will not guarantee for availability.

- Only Private Service could stop by any store (Costco, Home Depot, Grocery store ) we request advance reservation before arrival and will charge minimum of US$45.00 / extra hour.

- If you broke or damage any material (interior /exterior) of vehicle, we will charge you


Luggage Rules Details

- Luggage allows two pieces per person (60LB max), expect baby car seat

- Using Wheel Chair, Surf Board, Family Pet, Fishing Equipment ,Large size of Cooler. Bicycle Box allows only private service.

- Un Electric Wheel Chair could not fit regular Van , please request special vehicle availability.

- We suggest using private van for extra Golf bags.

TRANSCABO Shuttle service allows two pieces of checked baggage and two carry-on pieces for each passenger. Checked baggage includes most commercially available luggage and moderate sized boxes.

No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of sixty (60) pounds/ (25) kg will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage.

Pets must be transported in a pet carrier. If the pet carrier is small enough to be carried on the passenger’s lap it will count as a carry-on and may be taken on a shared van. Larger pets in pet carriers will require private van.

If anyone, any family has more than six (6) pieces of checked luggage or multiple large boxes you will require private van.


Lost Baggage

TRANSCABO Service will not be liable for lost baggage since, baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence, and is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding. A passenger’s baggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.
